Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled 14+ days before arrival: 80% refund or 100% future credit note.
  • If cancelled 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund or 60% future credit note.
  • If cancelled within 7 days of check-in: Non-refundable.
  • If booking is partially paid: Non-refundable.

Note: A cancellation fee of 20% will be levied on all refunds to cover platform and processing charges.

Rescheduling Policy

  • 14+ days before check-in: Free rescheduling for same villa.
  • 7–14 days before check-in: 40% charge for rescheduling.
  • 0–7 days before check-in (before 2 PM): 50% voucher issued for same home, only if a new booking is secured for the same dates; otherwise, booking is forfeited.

Guest Terms & Conditions

  • Rescheduling is valid only for the same villa as the original booking.
  • Voucher/rescheduling credit must be applied only to villa booking, not services.
  • Not applicable during standard or peak date cancellation policies.
  • If new dates have a higher tariff, the difference must be paid.
  • Bookings via third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, GoMMT) are subject to their cancellation policies.
  • Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
  • GST is applicable on cancellation fees.
  • Refunds exclude accommodation & cleaning fees.
  • Early check-ins/late check-outs may incur additional charges based on availability and management discretion.
